| GV Bashforth & Associates Ltd. is implementing a plan to increase both its size and scope of activity. For over 20 years we have provided engineering support services to the electrical utility industry, but now we are looking at other industries as well. To help move our expansion forward, we are also looking to partner with one or more technologists or other individuals whose goals are similar to ours. |

| To assist us in our expansion, we have retained the services of Gerald Bashforth of GP Bashforth Consulting. Gerald will act as Manager, Corporate Affairs, and will be exploring new markets for GV Bashforth & Associates. He will also take a lead role in securing the human resources for our increased activity. |
