| Gary Bashforth acted as the Contractor Site Representative during the expansion of 230kV GIS at BC Hydro's Cathedral Square underground substation. |

| Careful project planning, both on the part of the owner and the contractor was required to keep the lights of downtown Vancouver on! Gary was very helpful to both owner and supplier in meeting this objective completely and without incident. |
