| Acting as a sub consultant to SNC-Lavalin during the first two years of this project, and then to Alcan for the next four, GV Bashforth & Associates Ltd. provided liaison between owner and engineer. Gary Bashforth successfully fulfilled the responsibilities of Site Representative for the Kemano and Kitimat High Voltage Equipment Replacement Projects. |

| During each phase of this project, GVB&A was involved in the development of construction drawings related to the removal of existing control cables and the addition of new ones. Field checks were performed to verify the 'as-built' state of existing drawings to ensure minimal extra construction costs. |
