| GV Bashforth & Associates Ltd. has completed a variety of contracts over a fifteen year period, valued at well over $1 million, performing drawing maintenance at major hydro stations, including: Fort Nelson Diesel Generating Station, GM Shrum Generating Station, Peace Canyon Generation Station, Hugh Keenleyside Dam and Mica Generating Station. Mr. Ron Fernandes, Area Manager for Peace River Generation for most of those fifteen years, had this to say about GVB&A... |

| "GV Bashforth and Associates Ltd. have worked for BC Hydro since 1988. During this time, they have done a variety of work associated with our drawing upgrades and maintenance. Their employees have verified field conditions to the drawings, marked up existing drawings for revision by our engineering staff, prepared CAD drawings to conform to our standards and done the final field checks of the drawings to insure their accuracy. |

| While most of their work has been in the electrical or protection field, they have performed similar work for our mechanical and civil departments at both of our Hydro generating stations - GM Shrum and Peace Canyon - and at our Diesel station in Fort Nelson. |
